Campspot Return Policy?
Campspot.com has a return policy that allows customers to return any returnable merchandise for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be in a resellable condition and should not have been washed, worn, personalized, or customized.
Fit Kits are only returnable for store credit and must be returned within 2 weeks. The cost of shipping return merchandise back is the customer's responsibility. If an exchange is requested for the same or similar item, Campspot will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers need to fill out a Return Authorization Form and include it with the return shipment. Exchanges can take up to one week to process.
For any errors in processing the order, Campspot will arrange for the merchandise to be returned at their expense.
